The Roslyn Highlands Chiefs Office regrets to announce the untimely passing of Ex-Chief Robert “Dutch” Duchnowski. He was a 42 year member and Chief of Department from 1991-1993, 2001-2003, and 2012-2013. He was also former President of the 5th Battalion Chiefs and former Recording Secretary for Roslyn Highlands Fire Company. Rest In Peace, Chief.
